REGITEX MG Series is natural rubber latex which has been modified by graft polymerization of MMA (Methyl Methacrylate). Depending on the grafting ratio, we have MG-10, MG-25, MG-40S and MG-67, which demonstrate superior functions as the raw material for various adhesives and latex modifiers.
Application Examples | |
Base material for adhesives for leather shoes | Used widely as the base material for heat resistant lasting adhesives and adhesives for uncured rubber tape
|
Base material of adhesives for textiles | Utilized particularly where flexibility is demanded |
PVC adhesive tape
|
Used in the base material for the primers to prevent plasticizer migration, and in the adhesive layer |
Adhesive for flocking
|
Has excellent adhesive properties with espect to cooking gloves, cured rubber for flocking glue and textiles |
Modifier for dipped latex products | By adding 5 to 10% to sulfur cured latex, hardness is increased and rubber degradation is effectively prevented |
Modifiers of latex and emulsion based adhesives | Effective in modifying the physical adhesive properties by adjusting the amount added to match the application |
Base material for the adhesives for rubber particles for work gloves | Rubber particles have high compound stability and excellent adhesion |
Binder for leather board and pulp board | Excellent as a binding agent on its own, and even as a base material for binding agents it has favorable compound stability |
Binder for type chips | Favorable as a coloring agent for tire chip surfaces |
Base material for adhesives in paper processing | Is used as the base material for cold sealing agents and reasonable adhesives |
Base material for primers used principally for the p urpose of increasing the adhesion of rubber material | Used by masticating and dissolving in organic solvent. |
